Through our Community Base Portfolio Managers (CoBaPoM) based in our targeted Districts, STA4GRA classified clients into either; Conscious Purpose Partnership Membership Drive (CoPuPaMeD) and Strategic Outreach Membership (SOM) To reach out to its clients. This classification helps team adopts the appropriate approach or method to deal with a particular clients, see details below
CONSCIOUS PURPOSE PARTNERSHIP MEMBERSHIP DRIVE (CoPuPaMeD):
STA4GRA needs to rapidly roll on more SMEs to benefit from our services and also to maintain the the relationship with existing SMEs in our programmes, in order to sustain their credibility as a significant representative of the private enterprises in the country, while creating enough resources to maintain the activities of its local chapter. The under listed activities are conducted to achieve the CPPMD includes;
Arrange meetings with relevant clients and pitch to a focus group of their selection, in order to increase their support level and membership.
STA4GRA community based mentors, to suggest potential clients and organizations and refer them to benefit from our services, then we quickly reach out to them and get them onboard the mainstream networks.
Meet strategic partners on a regular basis, to engage members.
Leverage institutional partners resources to hold events and activities, through solicited sponsorship, endowment grants- in-kind contribution.
STRATEGIC OUTREACH:
STA4GRA is a very flexible platform that uses clients preferred language that can accommodate new partnerships that aim to promote better business communication, environment, market linkages or value-creation for members.
The following activities will be conducted as outreach missions to grow the institutional capacity to do more.
- STA4GRA community based mentors, scout communities, hold one-on-one interactions with potential clients and organizations to unravel the actual needs, refer them to the appropriate unit for action.
- Re-engage with institutional partners who are looking for reliable local partners to enhance the business environment.
Continue partnership with other new technological institutions, in order to ensure our activities are sustainable and to the benefit of many.
Continue prospecting for new institutional partners and devise ways to cater for their needs in Ghana and generate value-added for all parties involved.
